Now I 'll teach  you some brazilian recipes. Nothing very ambicious, just some basic dishes. If you want to send me some interesting recipe, just write it in the guestbook. Soon, I'll include it here.

Condensed milk pudding
(delicious!)
Pour about 1/4 cup water in a roaster. Heat the roaster in the oven. In a separate cake-mold, put 1 cup sugar and heat, twirling the mold until sugar melts and is a golden brown caramel. Take care not to burn the sugar. Spread it around the internal walls of the mold using a wood spoon.  Let it cool and reserve. Mix 1 can condensed milk, the same measure of common milk and 3 eggs. Whisk until it is homogeneous. Spill this mixture in the mold and places it on the center of the roaster.
Cook the pudding in water-bath about 1 hour. When done, pass a knife between the sides of the mold and the pudding to unfasten it. Leave the mold in the refrigerator for some hours, until the pudding is consistent.   Before serving, thread the tip of a knife around the interior of the mold. Place a plate over the mold and turn it upside down: the pudding must slide out easily. If not, shake once firmly. Then, spill the caramel above the pudding.

Spinach cream
Cook the spinach in water and salt. In a separate pan, simmer garlic and onion in oil. Add milk, maizena(a kind of corn starch) or
wheat flour  (a sufficient amount to make a consistent mush), 1 spoon butter, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and the spinach with water. Cook this mush always stirring with a spoon. When the cream is firm , it's ready.  Serve with beefburger, onions, rice, potato chips, etc.

Put in a pressure cooker and cover with water. Add salt (prove to watch). Cook for 1 hour. In a separate pan with oil, fry garlic, onion and chopped paio. Add this sauce to the beans. Prove and add more salt if necessary. Keep cooking  about 5 minutes . Serve with rice, fried or cooked potatoes, salad, meats, manioc flour, etc.
